The groundbreaking documentary, which made its world premiere at the 2022 Berlinale and claimed the Czech Lion for Best Documentary, offers an intimate portrait of photographer Libuše Jarcovjáková. The film chronicles her journey as a fearless artist who captured Prague’s vibrant underground scene during the 1980s before seeking refuge in West Berlin.

Selection Process and Czech Oscar History
